Our Fall Festival is an unforgettable event filled with music, delicious food, exciting games, and endless family fun!  It is open to the entire community.


We invite local artisans, crafters, and vendors of unique products to participate in our annual Fall Festival on Saturday, October 10, 2026.  Note: This is a juried event (a committee selects the best vendors we think will appeal to our attendees) to ensure we create an environment that highlights quality craftsmanship and products. 

Please Note:  We do not need food trucks or baked good vendors as we make our own. 


BOOTH INFORMATION
  • One 10' wide x 8' deep booth space is $55 (We provide one 6-foot table and two chairs).
  • Booths are indoors, and a vendor layout will be provided closer to the event.
  • We are a rain-or-shine event.
  • You are responsible for setting up your booth.
  • No electricity is available.

Your business will be listed on the Fall Festival page of our website at https://www.stlukechurch.net, and once each in our church bulletin, on our Facebook and Instagram accounts @stlukesminthill, as we get closer to the event.


GUIDELINES & RULES
  1. Booth setup is between 7:30 am and 9:00 am on October 10 (no setup after 9:00 am will be permitted).
  2. Vendor parking is available at the front of the church (a map will be provided).
  3. NO EARLY breakdown, and items cannot be left on the premises.
  4. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax, complying with licensing requirements, and meeting other requirements as required by state and local laws.
  5. Selling your spot to another vendor is not permitted.
  6. General Release and Acceptance of Rules: The vendor has read and agrees to abide by the St. Luke Fall Festival rules (hereinafter, the "Event").  Any failure by the vendor to adhere to these rules shall be grounds for expulsion from the event and forfeiture of all fees.  The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless St. Luke Church and all members and volunteers involved in the event, in conjunction with any claim or action arising out of or in the course of the vendor's use of booth space at the event. 


APPLICATION:

This is a juried show.  You must attach a few photographs, so we can see the quality of the items you sell.  You will be notified by email whether you are selected. Last year, we received close to 100 applications, so we appreciate your patience with the selection process. 


PAYMENT:

Selected vendors will be notified and invoiced by email. Payment is due within 10 days of receipt, along with a signed contract. Please note that failure to complete payment within that time frame will automatically void your acceptance.
