AAPEX 2023 Student Sponsorship Program: Participation Sponsor Form
Thank you for participating in the second annual AAPEX Student Sponsorship Program. We appreciate your commitment to reaching new talent in the automotive aftermarket.

What to Expect:
As an AAPEX 2023 Student Program Sponsor, you will have the honor of financially supporting a trip to AAPEX for a cohort of new industry talent. Students are required to meet a variety of industry specific qualifications in order to participate in the program, including being at least 21 years of age by October 31, 2023; and are then hand selected by a committee in charge of choosing the best and brightest for AAPEX 2023.

Sponsors will be paired with a student to provide first-hand industry experience. Students will have access to all AAPEX trainings and general education sessions as well as hosted functions. They will also participate in special sessions and activities designed just for student program participants.

Schedule:

- Tuesday, October 31 – Students Arrive & Check-In with AAPEX and Sponsors
- Wednesday, November 1 – Students attend AAPEX sessions and student activities, walk the show floor, and intern with or participate in sponsor functions.
- Thursday, November 2 - Students attend AAPEX sessions and student activities, walk the show floor, and intern with or participate in sponsor functions.
- Friday, November 3 – Students depart
