Project ACHIEVE is looking for volunteers to participate in a new investigational vaccine trial against Cytomegalovirus (CMV). We are working to develop a vaccine to prevent CMV.
We will ask you a few questions on this eligibility survey to check if you meet basic study criteria. The survey will ask you about your demographics and basic medical history.
If you are eligible and interested in participating, you can provide contact information. We will contact you to provide more information about our studies and to schedule an appointment at our site. You will receive compensation at each scheduled visit, and you can receive receive up to $3,325 for completing all study visits.
Participation in this survey is completely voluntary. You may stop at any time and close your browser. Your information will be stored on a secure server and will only be accessible by the study staff. The information will be saved indefinitely to assess our studies’ progress. Although we will make every effort to protect your confidentiality and privacy, a risk of taking part in this survey is the possibility of a loss of confidentiality or privacy.
