The Orange County LGBTQ+ CommUnity Collective is made up of six Orange County non-profit, community based organizations, all specializing in serving LGBTQ+ communities. Our collective mission aims to raise diverse voices to advocate for policy change, funding to support vulnerable communities, well-being and health equity.
In our collaborative efforts, it has been determined that a large gap exists in data for the LGBTQ+ community in OC. This results in further health disparities due to lack of accurate statistics to demonstrate the existence of, and health needs of, the LGBTQ+ folks seeking care in OC. In an effort to collect important data within the LGBTQ+ Community please take the time to fill out this survey. The data will be used to advocate for visibility, health equity, and funding to support diverse needs toward health and well-being.
