Mental Health and Mental Well-being is an ongoing concern for all people in our society. The Eastern Los Angeles Regional Center is working to make mental health supports more available for ELARC consumers, and their families.
In order to help us better understand the needs of our communities, we are reaching out to ELARC consumers and their families to help us understand what mental health needs might currently exist, the barriers to seeking support, and how we can best support our community.
We would greatly appreciate your participation in a brief survey about mental health in general. This survey is being conducted by a neutral third party, and in no way identifies you or your responses to the ELARC – the survey is anonymous, which means we do not know who is responding. Please answer as openly and honestly as you can. If you feel uncomfortable answering a question it, please skip it and continue on; all participation is voluntary – again, your responses are in no way tied to you, your services or supports.
