CCAP Agreement Submission - 2023-2024

Hello and Welcome!

The California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office has designed the following College and Career Access Pathways (CCAP) Submission Form to assist the college districts/colleges in submitting documents to the Chancellor's Office. This process includes submitting valuable information regarding your partnership agreement(s) and the ability to upload documents. 

Per Education Code 76004 (Link Only) , the governing board of a community college district may enter into a College and Career Access Pathways (CCAP) partnership with the governing board of a school district or a county office of education for the purpose of offering or expanding dual enrollment opportunities for pupils who may not already be college bound or who are underrepresented in higher education, with the goal of developing seamless pathways from high school to community college for career technical education or preparation for transfer, improving high school graduation rates, or helping high school pupils achieve college and career readiness.

As used in this section "high school" includes a community school, continuation high school, juvenile court school, or adult education program offering courses for high school diplomas or high school equivalency certificates.

The governing body of a charter school may enter into CCAP partnership agreement with the governing board of a community college district pursuant to this section. That CCAP partnership agreement shall comply with all applicable requirements of this section.

Fully Executed = New CCAP Agreement signed by both districts and includes appendix of courses
Updated Appendix = Changes to the original CCAP Agreement Appendix/Course list. Such as an addition or deletion of course(s)
Amendment = Changes to an original submitted CCAP agreement. Such as addition, deletion or changes within the subsections of the original agreement.
