Survey Worksheet Instructions

The Green Stormwater Infrastructure (GSI) Project Inventory will help gauge where projects are being implemented and let stakeholders see projects “on the ground.” The list will be available on DEP’s GSI website.

This inventory will supplement projects listed on the GSI Success Stories page. The page highlights projects that serve as prime examples of GSI BMPs in Florida.

  • You can save a draft and return to the survey later.
  • In the survey, you can submit a project to be considered for the Success Stories page.
  • Contact Nonpoint@FloridaDEP.gov with questions about the survey.

  6. Project Monitoring Status:
    1. Was water quality monitoring conducted or planned for the project?
