Development Center Employee Satisfaction Survey - Internal

Introduction

Planning and Public Works is the lead Department for processing permit applications in unincorporated Pierce County. You are receiving this survey because you play an important role in our quest to be the Best Permitting Agency in Washington state. This survey is intended to establish a baseline for understanding employee satisfaction with respect to the current policies, procedures, and tools used to do this important work.

As a learning organization, we continuously evaluate our performance and explore process improvements that will make the operation more successful. Your feedback will be used to inform future decisions and measure employee satisfaction over time. The survey should take about 5 minutes. Responses will be anonymous unless you indicate a willingness to share your thoughts toward the end of the survey. 

This month, we've added a new section at the end about supervisory structure. Your feedback is important, so please take an extra moment to review and respond to these questions.
