APTA Regulatory Reform Recommendations Form

The APTA Legislative Committee is soliciting recommendations from APTA members to help the Committee identify, develop, and prioritize commonsense regulatory reform proposals to streamline project and program delivery. We have developed this form to gather information on proposed statutory, regulatory, and policy changes. The Legislative Steering Committee and the Legislative Committee will review statutory or regulatory proposals to consider for potential APTA advocacy.
