Development Center Baseline Customer Satisfaction Survey

The permitting process in unincorporated Pierce County is managed by the Development Center, under the Planning and Public Works Department. The process varies by project type but generally follows the steps outlined below.
 



We are seeking feedback on recent customer experiences to inform future process improvements and service delivery updates. The survey should take about 5 minutes. Responses will be anonymous unless you indicate a willingness to share your thoughts toward the end of the survey.
