Building Your Personal Brand

Who are you, what do you stand for, and what does your community perceive to be the truth when it comes to your personal brand? In this session, participants are introduced to the benefits of intentional effort in building a personal brand based on authenticity and the pitfalls of poor brand management in a professional environment. Attendees will begin consciously defining their brand and will take home a road map to continue the process.

EMERGING LEADERS 

To develop the next generation of supply chain leaders, the Healthcare Distribution Alliance (HDA) is further expanding its professional development program, Convene, to include the Emerging Leaders program. This program was created to engage the industry’s best and brightest and prepare them to become our leaders of tomorrow.   • Must be 39 years old or younger;
  • Company must be an active HDA member;
  • Support from applicant’s supervisor; and
