As previously stated, we are contacting you as you previously opted in to participate in OpenAthens' market research. We would like your help with some research in order to better understand our customers and their needs and to build better products and services.
Your participation
We would like to invite you to take part in one of the remote research sessions we are running during May 2023. Sessions will last for 45 minutes and will be run via Zoom with video and audio recording. You'll need to join from a computer in a quiet location which has a good WiFi signal.
The session will involve speaking with a researcher and exploring various topics including your job role and responsibilities, organisational needs or market trends as they relate to authentication services.
A little thank you for your time
We are offering an incentive to cover your time, payable via the Wise payment app or bank transfer. More details about the incentive will be provided by the recruitment agency if you agree to participate.
Who is working with us on this project
We are working with an agency called Bunnyfoot, a user research agency, on this research and their participant recruitment team Bunnyfield. Bunnyfield’s global partners are handling the scheduling for this project.
How to take part
Bunnyfield has put together a screener in order to ensure that we select a good mix of participants for this project. If you would like to apply to take part in this research, please apply via the screener and a member of the Bunnyfield team or one of Bunnyfield’s partners will contact you if you are selected to take part.
