2023-2024 School Group Request Form

Use this form to request a reservation. Our registration team will contact you if we have clarifying questions.
Within 5 business days of your request, you will receive a confirmation from ATMS, our scheduling system, and a separate email with a secure payment link.
Please check your spam folder if you don't receive the confirmation within 5 business days.
When communicating with our registration team, reference your booking number(s).

IMPORTANT NOTE:

We require prepayment.
Payment in full and final student/chaperone numbers are due one week prior to your visit (excepting some Plains Conservation Center programs where 50% is due 30 days prior, with the balance due one week prior).
We cannot adjust student/chaperone numbers the day of your visit.
Use the secure payment link we emailed when your reservation was confirmed, or mail us a check.

We offer discounts for schools and groups within the SCFD region: Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas (not including Castle Rock), and Jefferson Counties.
