About Tech2Empower
Tech2Empower supports change-makers by getting technology expertise to women leaders in the nonprofit sector, social entrepreneurs, and at schools focused on providing quality education and leadership training for girls and young women. We do this by connecting them with teams of volunteer Advisors from top companies such as Apple, Google, Meta, Microsoft, and Salesforce as well as smaller companies. Advisors collaborate with local partners through impact project work, coaching, and training on tech tools.
🇬🇹  In November 2023, Tech2Empower will return for its third program in Guatemala. Tech2Empower Guatemala will focus on empowering women-led social enterprises and promoting girls' education. Advisors will collaborate with women leaders and work together on tech projects proposed by these ventures to address their unique challenges and foster growth. We’re honored to continue our long-standing partnership with the MAIA Impact School, a renowned institution dedicated to the education of Indigenous girls led by Indigenous women. The program will also offer tech and leadership workshops and mentoring circles to their students. We aim to provide valuable skills and resources to further strengthen the women-led enterprises and bolster opportunities for young women. By nurturing an environment of shared learning and empowerment, Tech2Empower Guatemala seeks to create lasting change and strengthen the foundations for a brighter future. Learn more HERE.
Through this program, Advisors will make significant contributions and meaningful connections, while gaining new perspectives and new friends. Â
