Teach Plus is a national teacher leadership advocacy organization that works to advance equity and opportunity for students and education professionals. We are partnering with the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) to gather information from Early Childhood Education professionals who work with students in prekindergarten through second grade about professional compensation and how to attract and retain high-quality educators. We will use this information to elevate early childhood educator perspectives on important issues in the field and help policymakers understand the complex challenges facing early childhood teachers.
The roundtable discussions will be facilitated by Teach Plus early childhood teacher leaders and members of the research team. Roundtables will last for one hour and will be conducted virtually on Zoom. Participants will receive a small gift card for their time.
