Project Consultant Database

We are looking to build a database of experienced consultants to support future proposals and client engagements as needed.

Project Consultants are defined as temporary, independent contractors with defined deliverables. The expected time commitment will depend on the project, but the average hours per week would be 2 - 10 hours. The pay will depend on the services provided, up to $50/hour.

If you would like to be considered as a Project Consultant in the future, please complete the questionnaire below. Completing this questionnaire provides Horizon Advisory Group consent to include your resume on proposals and responses to RFPs. In those instances, we will contact you to discuss the project. However, completion of this questionnaire does not guarantee that you will be considered or hired for any given project.
