USPS Priority Mail Express Claims

To submit a request for a Priority Mail Express refund through USPS:

  1. Go to USPS.com and sign in or create a free USPS account.

  2. Click Help > Request a Refund.

  3. Click Priority Mail Express under Domestic Services Refunds.

  4. Click Request a PME Refund.

  5. Enter the requested shipment details, including the tracking number and reason for the refund request.

  6. Upload proof of purchase if requested by USPS, then submit your request.
