Proclamation Request Form

Guidelines for Proclamations:
  • Proclamation requests should be placed no later than 21 calendar days before the requested meeting or event that it will be read.
  • Topic must have a local connection (i.e. local chapter or requested by a Fort Collins resident). Someone local must be present to receive the proclamation.
  • Topic must be non-controversial in nature
  • Topic should show communitywide benefit

3. Is there a Fort Collins connection to this request and/or a Fort Collins resident available to receive the proclamation? *This question is required.
We are unable to issue proclamations if there is not a local connection to the proclamation. Thank you!
