Chatham County Public Health Department has created this survey to gather information from our public health partners about public health preparedness training and exercise needs.  By completing this survey you are helping us meet NC Public Health Preparedness & Response requirements. (Please note several people from your organization may receive this survey as your agency may partner with the health department in various capacities.)
