This survey is part of a project by the University of Southern California. We are conducting a study about attitudes, beliefs, media use, and leisure time preferences. You must be 18 or older to participate.
This survey should take about 15-20 minutes of your time. At the end of this survey, you will have the opportunity to enter into a drawing to win one of three $100 Tango gift cards that can be used at hundreds of retailers or for charitable donations. To enter into the drawing, you will be asked to enter your email address in a separate survey form. Your email address will not be linked to your survey responses.
At the end of the survey, you will also have the opportunity to access a web page -- the + Impact Hub -- with resources and opportunities to learn more and take action on the topics covered in the survey. If you choose to visit the + Impact Hub, the website will collect browsing cookies. As a result, this part of the study is not anonymous. Your clicks on the different resources on the + Impact Hub will be tracked and shared with the research team, and may be connected to your survey responses through web analytics.
No personal information will be collected as part of the survey and all information will be treated confidentially. Individual respondents will not be identified, and results will be published only in aggregated form.
