TX-RAMP Provisional Certification Extension Request Form

A cloud service providers may not apply for a new provisional certification for a cloud computing service that was previously granted a provisional certification and failed to achieve a Level One or Level Two certification. However, at DIR’s discretion, a cloud computing service’s provisional status may be extended if the service has not received full TX-RAMP certification after the initial 18-month provisional certification. Once you have submitted your request our TX-RAMP team will review your submission and notify your contact of the Extension Request status. Please note, granting an extension will not change the requirements to achieve TX-RAMP certification, the Cloud Service Provider will still need to be certified through a TX-RAMP assessment or equivalent within the provisional status period to stay active and maintain compliance with program requirements.
