String Chamber Music Orchestra Camp Recommendation Form

MacPhail String Chamber and Orchestra Camp is a one-week program of music instruction for violin, viola, cello, and bass students. Private instruction, chamber music, string orchestra, classes in technique, master classes and workshops, student performances and guided practice are included in the program.
Our success in placing a student in a compatible chamber group is directly related to your completion of this recommendation. Attach additional sheets as necessary.
