2023 NBAA Survey on Safety Management Systems

NBAA seeks input from business aviation operators about Safety Management Systems (SMS) to help prepare comments to the Jan. 11, 2023, FAA Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) that would require all Part 135 certificate holders, Part 91.147 air tour operators and certain Part 21 Type Certificate (TC) and Production Certificate (PC) holders to implement a Safety Management System (SMS).
