String Chamber Music Orchestra Camp Information Form

String Chamber Music Orchestra Camp Student Information Form
Students participating in the String Chamber Music Orchestra (SCMO) camp should complete this student information form. This is so we can get to know the student and their playing, and then place them with suitable ensemble members.

Additionally, students should record a performance video that includes a scale of their choice (including their choice of tempo, articulation, and 1-, 2- or 3-octave), as well as one solo repertoire piece.

Lastly, students should ask a teacher or mentor for a letter of recommendation by filling out this form here. This is so we can better understand the strengths of each student, as well as any areas of improvement.

All required materials (the completed form, performance video, and the letter of recommendation) should be received no later than June 10. This will help up prepare everything well in advance of the camp!
