2024 Post-Graduation Plan Survey

On this survey you will:

1. Provide supporting documentation to confirm your progress towards your post-graduation plan.
*If you are enrolling at a 2/4 year college or university, you have already verified your plan by requesting a final transcript and do not need to complete this form.

2. RSVP to the PWCS Signing Day Event (Question 8 below) if you are committing to full-time employment, military service or an apprenticeship.

I understand that having a plan for life following graduation is a requirement in the Virginia academic career planning process that aligns with the PWCS strategic plan to ensure that every senior has the knowledge, skills, and habits of mind necessary to create a thriving future for themselves and their community.

Examples of evidence could include:

Military: Enlistment contract, ASVAB test registration/results, or communication with recruiter
Employment: Employment offer letter, job application, or continuation of employment (work schedule)
Trade School or Other Training Program: Acceptance letter, communication with program, or application
Apprenticeship: Acceptance letter, application, or Interview scheduled
Gap Year: Acceptance, application, or Enrollment letter

Other evidence is acceptable for each postsecondary plan. Please upload what you have available.
