Market Pricing from Survey Information - this methodology uses market pricing from surveys as the basis for each role’s market value.
Subordinate Premium - this methodology compares a supervisory position to the compensation for that position’s direct reports or subordinates.
Independent Investor - this methodology determines the return an independent investor in an organization would require on their investment given the organization’s risk profile and then allows for the remainder to be used for compensation purposes on a proportional basis based on typical position and employee share ratios.
