The Reimagining an Equitable Greater Boston Tech Workforce project seeks to engage the Greater Boston tech industry to answer this guiding question - How might we reimagine an equitable tech workforce in Greater Boston for all? Please fill out this survey to get an invite to the convening happening on June 12th (remote).
SkillWorks, a nationally recognized workforce funder collaborative at The Boston Foundation, and other advocates have partnered with Root Cause, a Boston-based nonprofit consulting team, to co-design intentional ways to engage BIPOC tech professionals, tech companies, and employers that are motivated, to take action and co-create an equitable workforce that nurtures inclusion and belonging for BIPOC.
We would like to learn about your experience working in the Greater Boston tech workforce. Are you:
- Black, Indigenous, or other People of Color?
- Are you a tech professional at a company in the Greater Boston area?
If so, we invite you to please complete this voluntary survey. It takes about 15 minutes and your responses are confidential. We only ask for contact information to invite you to the convening on June 12th and if you would like to stay in touch. To learn more about this initiative and how we will use the responses, please review the project overview or reach out to osaint-cyr@rootcause.org
