Miami HEAT Social Responsibility Request Form

The Miami HEAT supports numerous organizations and events throughout the South Florida community and beyond through donations of sports memorabilia, in-kind items, and staff volunteerism.

All requests for donated items must be submitted no less than eight (8) weeks prior to your event date AND for an event that is no more than six (6) months from today.

Notes:

Unsolicited items or requests for team and player autographs sent by mail will not be accepted. The HEAT Group is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Priority will be given to non-profit organizations in Broward, Miami-Dade, or Palm Beach counties.
Only one request will be honored per fiscal year (July 1 - June 30) for approved organizations as well as individuals.
