Certificate Request Form

The School of Biblical Counseling sends out certificates of completion three times a year. Deadlines for submitting this form for are as follows:

Summer deadline: June 30 (certificates mailed in July)
Fall deadline: September 30 (certificates mailed in October)
Winter deadline: January 30 (certificates mailed in February)

By submitting this form, you are confirming that you have completed the required courses to receive the certificate for which you are applying through the CCEF General Program, which can be found in the New Certificate Program Handbook or the Old Certificate Program Handbook.

Please note: Students requesting old program structure certificates or the new Essentials certificate are also required to provide a pastoral reference as a part of their certificate request process. You will be able to provide the name, phone number, and email address for your pastoral reference in the Certificate Request Form below.

Certificates are mailed shortly after the deadlines listed above. We will contact you once your certificate has been mailed. If you have any questions, please contact Student Services at student.services@ccef.org.
