Located at Milepost 213 on the Blue Ridge Parkway near Galax, Virginia, the Blue Ridge Music Center is conducting a comprehensive strategic plan to better understand how to enhance, leverage, and market its existing facilities and programs. In order to facilitate this process, the Music Center has partnered with Pittsburgh-based national economic development consulting firm Fourth Economy.
The continued growth of the Music Center relies on understanding the changing interests of its visitors and, as such, the Center seeks to gain input from its community members, visitors, and stakeholders. Additionally, the Music Center seeks to gain input from residents of surrounding communities who have not yet visited the Music Center.
