2026 Commencement Ceremony RSVP

This RSVP Form is only for SMC employees. Please do not share with students.

 

Please RSVP for the 2026 Commencement Ceremony being held on Tuesday, June 16 using the form below. Your response helps us plan seating and coordinate academic regalia rentals.
 

If You Need Academic Regalia (District-paid)

Deadline to RSVP: Tuesday, April 21 (firm deadline)
Orders submitted after this date cannot be accommodated.

To help manage costs, please request regalia only if you plan to attend. You may select the items you need (cap, gown, and hood, as applicable).
Regalia will be available for pick-up at Admissions & Records the week prior to Commencement.

Please let us know which regalia you need the college to rent for you. Kindly request only what you need so we may keep costs down. Remember that whether you use the items or not, the college must still pay the rental cost.

Required for hood orders. If not listed, please select a closely related discipline.
Required for hood orders. Do not abbreviate. A hood will not be ordered for missing or abbreviated responses.
Many colleges share the same abbreviations and this may lead to the wrong hood colors.
