2025 Commencement Ceremony RSVP
Dear SMC Colleague,


Kindly submit your RSVP for the upcoming 2025 Commencement Ceremony taking place Tuesday, June 17 by submitting the following RSVP form. Your RSVP will help us determine seating arrangements and regalia rentals. 
  • Deadline to RSVP with Academic Regalia Request is April 11
    This deadline is not flexible. Orders received after April 11 will not be accommodated. The cost of regalia rental will be covered by the District. Regalia will be available for pick-up at Admissions and Records the week before Commencement.

 

  • Soft Deadline to RSVP - Academic Regalia NOT Needed - is June 6
    If you own your regalia, please RSVP no later than June 6, but an earlier RSVP is truly appreciated.

Please let us know which regalia you need the college to rent for you. Kindly request only what you need so we may keep costs down. Remember that whether you use the items or not, the college must still pay the rental cost.

Many colleges share the same abbreviations and this may lead to the wrong hood colors.
