We value your feedback! Governor Hochul's 2023 State of the State plan and Fiscal Year 2024 Executive Budget include historic proposals and resources that will allow the Office of Mental Health (OMH) to transform the State's mental healthcare system.  The purpose of this community engagement feedback survey is to collect your feedback to help OMH determine how to best implement new programming and use new resources to increase access to mental health services, eliminate service gaps and promote equity in access for all New Yorkers. 

Your feedback will be compiled and analyzed, with the goal of incorporating it into OMH planning activities. Each item is optional so feel free to answer the items that are most important to you.
