Day Camp Satisfaction Insight Surveys Registration 2023

Foundation for Jewish Camp (FJC) is thrilled to launch the Day Camper and Staff Satisfaction Insight surveys (DCSI/DCSSI) for this summer. It should take 5-10 minutes to register. To formally register for DCSI and/or DCSSI please submit this form by May 5th.

By signing up for DCSI/DCSSI, your day camp is committing to the dissemination of either survey to families and/or staff members in a timely manner. For the DCSI this means at the end of each session. For the DCSSI this generally means toward the end of camp. The deadline for collecting feedback on both forms is September 14.

The cost of participation in either stand-alone survey is $500 USD per camp. If you participate in both DCSSI and DCSI the cost for both is $800 USD per camp. After you register, FJC will send you an invoice within 5-7 business days.

Once you have registered for either or both surveys you will receive an invitation to attend the optional pre and post-summer webinars to help you make the most of this resource.
