The Gardens on Spring Creek receives funding each year to provide financial assistance to our community who qualify. This information will be held confidential. Please submit one application per person.

Scholarship requests will be processed based on the order they are received. Applicants will be notified about registration and eligibility by phone within 2 weeks of submitting application or once registration for specific program is open.
