Welcome to the Resource Family Approval (RFA) Satisfaction Survey. The RFA process can be long and complex. The California Department of Social Services (CDSS) wants to hear your experiences with the RFA process. Your answers will help improve or enhance the program.
All participant information will remain confidential to ensure you are comfortable sharing your experiences. The survey is not anonymous due to the distribution method, but the county will not receive any individual responses or the names of those who have completed the survey.
You will not be asked for information that links you to your responses. Answers will be analyzed by the CDSS and shared as a whole.
