USC Rip City - Blue Card Application Details

BLUE CARD VOLUNTEER APPLICATION FORM 
Who should apply for a Blue Card: 
  • Coaches 
  • Assistant Coaches 
  • Managers 
  • Court Supervisors
  • Referees 

University of Sunshine Coast Basketball Club Inc, manages Blue Cards via the Qld Govt, Blue Card Services Organisation Portal.

Blue Card
With regards to the current Blue Card you may have, is it Current & Valid or Expired? 
  • If Expired or I don’t have one, then Yes you will have to apply for a new Blue Card. - Apply for a new Blue Card – Click HERE
  • If Current & Valid you can provide all your current valid blue card details as listed below on “Existing Blue Card holder” below.

New Blue Card
To apply for a “Volunteer Blue Card” (Free, no fee’s apply) follow these below steps:

  1.  Create your personal Blue Card Service account and follow the Blue Card application process here:–
    1. https://my.bluecard.qld.gov.au/login 
  2. While applying for a “Volunteer Blue Card”, your Blue Card application will need to be linked to University of Sunshine Coast Basketball Club Inc.
    1. Please take note of your “Blue Card Account Reference Number” as this is required for the form below.
    2. Provide your “Blue Card Account Reference Number” and all your Name & Contact details here to University of Sunshine Coast Basketball Club Inc, on this page below:- 
    3. Once you receive notification your account is linked, you will be able to finalize the application for a “Volunteer Blue Card” via your personal link to the Blue Card portal

Existing Blue Card holder
It is still a requirement to have your Blue Card linked to University of Sunshine Coast Basketball Club Inc, for ALL Blue Card types listed here:-
  • Volunteer Blue Card
  • Paid Blue Card
  • “E” Exemption Blue Card
