Standard survey instructions are below. Please customize them as follows:

Click the "Edit" button to the right of the instructions. Delete "[FILL IN PROGRAM NAME]" and replace with the name of your program.
Delete "[FILL IN TIME ESTIMATE]" and replace with your best estimate of how long the survey will take to complete. (You may want to wait until your survey is finalized to complete this step. The "Test" function will give you an estimate of the time to completion).
Add any additional information to the survey instructions if needed.

Your survey responses will be kept strictly confidential. They will be used by GSACS and its independent evaluator for research purposes only, to help improve virtual exchange programs.
