Exhibitors can recommend to the Organization, the invitation to its clients and potential clients, offering the opportunity to be part of HOSTED BUYERS Invitation Programme (INTERNATIONAL BUYERS).
Alimentaria FoodTech will evaluate the profiles and it will validate those that fit the Organization's criteria. The organization will send an invitation on behalf of the exhibitor company.
Invitation Hosted Buyers Programme: Professionals from top-level international companies with decision-making power on purchases and a certain purchasing volume and/or sales volume.
The benefits to be part of the programme are:
- Welcome pack
- Full or partial coverage of your travel and/or accommodation costs and a free badge to the trade show.
- Free Hosted Buyer badge giving preferential access to the exhibition every day.
- Permanent access to the VIP Lounge: private area only for buyers with rest area, bar service.
- Dedicated services during your visit, available in the VIP Lounge.
- Hold at least 10 meetings with exhibitors of your interest through Alimentaria FoodTech Matchmaking*.
*The planning of the meeting agenda will be done through Alimentaria Foodtech Matchmaking, a tool that will be managed by the Organization according to its interests.
