Resource sharing: A pillar of open

Thank you for your interest in the final conference of the HERMES project, to be held on 18 April 2023 at the National Library of the Netherlands, in The Hague. The conference is followed by a training session on 19 April.

Through this form you can do the following:
  1. Register for the conference and training
  2. Apply to be considered for a grant to support participation
  3. Apply to present a poster
The data shared here will be used uniquely by the HERMES project core team for the purposes of planning the conference, in line with IFLA's data protection policy. Overall data about where participants are based may be shared with the European Commission as part of project reporting, but will not be associated with names.

The following questions provide the opportunity to bid for grants to support participation
12. We are happy to make available a limited number of grants to support participation. These are intended for people who otherwise would not be able to attend, and in particular for newer professionals. We particularly welcome bids from people who have already been involved in the RSCVD programme.

Successful applicants will be expected to commit to carrying out awareness raising activities around the HERMES project, and in particular the Talaria software. Those who have been involved in the RSCVD programme will be expected to provide a short video explaining the impact this has had on their work.

13. As part of the programme, we will have a poster session, allowing selected participants to present their own experiences and reflections on resource sharing and the wider theme of the conference.
