The MSA Volunteer Speaker Fund has been established to assist those speakers whose institutions cannot fully fund the speaker's conference attendance budget for 2023.
MSA FORWARD 2023 will take place in Denver, CO from May 17-21, 2023.
Applications for the 2023 MSA Volunteer Speaker Fund must
be received by Midnight EST on Wednesday, March 1st, 2023.
The MSA Board of Directors has budgeted a set amount for this fund. Funds will be distributed according to need. *Please only apply for what you need to help us spread the funds across all who are applying. The amount of each award may vary based on financial need, distance traveled by the recipient, and other factors.
All applicants will receive written notification of their amount awarded by Friday, March 3rd.
*The MSA Volunteer Speaker Fund award recipients must attend the full MSA FORWARD 2023 event. In case of a recipient being unable to attend & speak, the award must be returned. The applicant may re-apply at any time to attend a future conference. The award is not transferable.
