We are currently at full capacity, and not adding new pantries to the PBCFB Partner Marketplace pantry program. However, if you wish to be considered for future inclusion, you will need to complete this assessment.
This questionnaire will help the Palm Beach County Food Bank (PBCFB) assess if your agency meets the basic requirements to become a Partner Marketplace affiliate. Once your assessment has been reviewed, a Program Coordinator will reach out to you.

Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee approval of the partnership.
Your EIN must be verifiable on the IRS website as tax-exempt.
Interested agencies must provide copies of the following documents.
- Letter of 501(c)(3) status (or equivalent non-profit status)
- DR-14 tax exempt form from the State of Florida
- Food Safety Certificate
- Proof of pest control (pest control of mobile unit if a mobile pantry)
- Proof of operation for at least six months
