Early Childhood and Elementary Principals Regional Networking Meeting

The MA Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) Early Learning Team, the MA School Administrators’ Association (MSAA) and the MA Association of Early Childhood Teacher Educators (MAECTE) is hosting a series of networking and professional development opportunities for elementary school principals (Preschool to 3rd grade); charter school leaders; early childhood administrators and educators from Career, Technical Education (CTE) programs; early childhood coordinators/administrators and educators during the 2022-2023 school year.

As part of this year long professional development series, we will be hosting in-person regional networking meetings in April. The regional network meetings will take place from 9:00-12:00, unless otherwise noted, and will include a school walk through, case consultancy protocol, networking and professional development on topics related to early childhood, Preschool through 3rd grade. 8. At the regional networking meetings, we typically have a problem of practice/case consultancy as one of our agenda items. During this consultancy, a participant takes about 10 minutes to present a problem of practice related to early learning (Preschool through 3rd grade). The facilitators then guide the group through a series of reflective questions that result in consultation, resources and/or suggestions for the presenter to consider.
