WVL Learning and Sharing Summit Application Form

Women’s Voice and Leadership Learning and Sharing Summit

The application has eight (8) sections:
  1. Administrative information (information about yourself; some from drop down menus)
  2. Category (drop down menu of the ten categories).
  3. Description of the good practise (one page narrative)
  4. Partners and networks (who you worked with, tick boxes)
  5. Impact (tick boxes)
  6. Presentation (power point presentation)
  7. Evidence (photos, videos, pamphlets, reference letters)
  8. Travel form

There is no restriction on the number of applications an organisation can submit, however each application must be done separately.

Please take note of the instructions below BEFORE attempting to complete your application:
All sections of the form MUST be completed.
  • Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are compulsory.
  • When you see an arrow at the end of a box it means there is a drop down menu, please click on the arrow to select the correct option.
  • It would be ideal if the person that is filling in the application is the person that will be presenting the application. If the person filling in the application is not the presenter, then the presenter’s details should be filled in where applicable.
  • If you do not finish filling in the form at one sitting do the following:
Save and continue later function:
After completing page 1 (so when on page 2) on the top, you will see a “Save and Continue later” band.If you want to go check something and return later, you can click on this and enter your email address. 

Once you have entered your email address twice, whatever you have entered in the application form thus far will be saved and you will receive an email with a link to continue. 

You can then click on the link and continue where you left off. PLEASE NOTE that this email may go to your junk mail and you should check there if you do not receive it a few minutes after entering your email address.
