MyScholarShop Supplier Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in becoming a supplier on the MyScholarShop platform!

Please review the high-level onboarding steps below to confirm that you are still interested in pursuing this opportunity. This process takes on average 30 to 60 days to complete once selected.

1. Step Up For Students will vet and review your organization to determine fit and eligibility to provide products on the platform (A decision is typically made within 90 days).
2. If selected, Step Up For Students will host an onboarding kick-off call for you to learn more about our organization, the MyScholarShop Platform, and the onboarding process. 
3. You will be required to apply as a Step Up For Students retailer. This includes providing your W-9 and bank routing information for payment. 
4. All suppliers must create an account on SAP Ariba. This is the e-commerce site where all our current suppliers interact with our families today.
5. You will be required to create a hosted catalog in SAP Ariba that lists all your product offerings and are expected to keep those catalogs current with an in-stock inventory.
6. There will be a testing component where we send you test orders that will include different scenarios that you may face (order confirmation, order rejection, invoicing, etc.)
7. You will need to fill out and submit a survey to provide information about your organization to post for our families.
8. Once we have successfully tested the various order types, you will then be ready to go live on SAP Ariba and begin receiving orders from families. Please note that all the orders are sent to you as a purchase order to be fulfilled and invoiced against.
