Maryland Department of Natural Resources, Chesapeake and Coastal Service Market Analysis

Intro

In 2013, the Maryland Commission on Climate Change identified increasing temperature, increasing precipitation, and sea level rise as the biggest climate change exacerbating stressors facing Maryland coastal communities.

Throughout the state, there are a number of organizations and institutions that have created resources, education, information, programs, and services to increase awareness and prepare Marylanders to confront and combat these stressors.

In an effort to better understand the steps that these organizations and institutions have taken, the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, Chesapeake and Coastal Service (CCS) is conducting this market analysis.

Through the following questions, CCS hopes to develop an understanding of the programs and services currently available in the state in order to drive the direction of future efforts in this critical field.

We would really like to hear from everyone involved in climate change education and coastal resource training in Maryland. Your robust input will guide the direction of CCS's programs and services. Your responses will be kept completely confidential and will not be associated with your name or personal information in any way.

This survey will take approximately 15-25 minutes, depending on your responses.
