Community Connect – Virtual Member Community Session Request Form

Member Community Chairs: The focus and goals of the community are up to you and your peers! We know that you may want to connect with community members throughout the year so we have provided an easy online request form to assist. In order to properly secure a virtual meeting, please allow 1 week for the virtual event to be scheduled.

If there is an emergency and virtual meeting must be scheduled in less than a week, please email MemberCommunity@aapmr.org.

If you would like the event marketed in our weekly newsletter, on your Community's PhyzForum page and shared on the events calendar, please submit this form at least two weeks in advance of your event.

To adhere to the AAPM&R Member Community Policy
That any/all Virtual Connect Speakers/Faculty eligible for AAPM&R membership are current members of the Academy.
- AAPM&R members can be looked up in our Membership Directory.
That industry is not involved in our virtual connect.
- If you are interested in having an industry representative during your session, please contact us before securing that speaker.
