Reinstatement to Good Standing is for Collegiate and Alumnae members who have Withdrawn (formerly Suspended) or Dismissed from their chapter.
Members requesting to be Reinstated must complete this form, have their case reviewed by the Membership Review Committee (MRC), and pay a $100 reinstatement fee if approved to finalize the status change. Members must also pay any monies owed to their chapter at the time of their original status change.
