The Canadian Business Aviation Association (CBAA) would like to ask for your cooperation in completing a survey as part of its latest studies being conducted on behalf of the business aviation community:
- Annual Compensation Study - this study will deliver the latest results in compensation practices across Canada's business aviation sector, highlighting the range of high-skilled positions that are supported by Canada's business aviation employers. The results of the compensation study will also help member companies better evaluate their own flight departments.
- Business Aviation Economic Impact Study - economic impact studies are an important tool in communicating the significance and role of an important sector like business aviation. The results of this study will be used to raise public and government awareness of Canada's business aviation sector, both as a major employer and an important facilitator of economic activity and growth across the nation.
The figures you provide in the following sections are
strictly confidential. Only aggregate survey totals will be published in the final reports. Please note that any answers you provide in this survey will only be viewed by Inter
VISTAS Consulting’s research team.
We kindly ask that you please complete this survey as soon as possible and no later than
March 17, 2023.
The survey consists of two main sections:
- Primary Questions - on aircraft fleet, employment, base salary, total compensation, and bonuses
- Supplementary Questions - on incentive plans, work conditions, recruitment, turnover, and retention practices
