What this survey is about

This survey will help us to ensure we're delivering the most important and helpful information about Kooth for parents and carers.

The findings will be used to improve our presentations to parent and carer groups and also the supportive content we create.

This survey is completely anonymous. This means we won't know who you are.

A bit about Kooth:

Kooth is an online mental health and wellbeing service for children and going people. You can find us at kooth.com.

We support young people across the UK from ages 10-25, although age availability will depend on your area.

We also offer an adult service called Qwell (www.qwell.io) and availability will depend on your area.
