If you are a Wellingtonian or a user of Wellington City Libraries, you can use the form below to request a review of a collection decision.
Using this form isn’t automatic. One of our librarians will acknowledge your request by email within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).
Your review request will be assessed by the Collection Team, based on the principles and criteria in the
Collection Development Policy. A decision will be made by the Service Manager for Collections & Technical Services, and you will be advised of a decision within thirty days of receipt. We will respond to you in writing.
